Overview
Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers of 4 to 6 pages (including tables, figures and references) in standard IEEE double-column format. Papers will be accepted only by electronic submission. A blind-review process will be used to evaluate all submitted papers. Each full registration for the conference will cover a one paper, with opportunity to submit additional paper at reduced rate.
All accepted and registered papers that are presented at the conference will be published in two conference proceedings digital (CD-ROM) and printed both with ISBN and uploaded to the IEEE Xplore database, which is normally indexed by Scopus.
Selection Process
The selection process consists of 2 phases:
- Full Paper Submission – due January 14, 2013. Notifications are sent to every authors regarding or acceptance or dismissal.
- Ready Paper Submission – due February 20, 2013. Authors of accepted full papers submit the final camera-ready copies of their papers. A signed copyright form must be submitted along.
- Post-Deadline Submissions – Authors missing the deadline should send email to the conference email address: icoict2013@gmail.com requesting additional information.

The copyrights of the papers are transferred to IEEE (except US or crown governments).
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
